The Town of Greeneville is governed by the City Council. The documents that outline governance for the City Council are the Town Charter and the Municipal Code. These two documents outline the groups that assist the City Council in the form of boards, commissions, and authorities.

Open Positions

There is currently one open position available on the Greeneville / Greene County Regional Solid Waste Planning Board. This person will represent Greeneville on the board for a six-year term. Applications are being accepted until Friday, March 20 at 5 pm. Click the button to Apply Now.
