Town Events

The Town of Greeneville offers several annual community events with free admission. We believe in giving our residents and visitors a chance to come together to celebrate special days with one another. Music, food, and activities for all ages are the common threads. Below are the events we currently host. Each event has its own web page with more details.

The George Clem Multicultural Alliance and the Town of Greeneville will host our 4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 21st from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Entertainment, food vendors, booths, and kids' zone with inflatables and other activities will be set up at Bicentennial Park behind the Library.

This season, we are featuring THE BOOK OF MAMAW By Eugene Wolf at the Ginny Kidwell Amphitheater in Dogwood Park.

Arts in the Park

American Downtown is Greeneville's Independence Day celebration with live music, activities, parade, and fireworks.

American Downtown

Greeneville's New Year's Eve celebration is a downtown street party with food, dancing, kids' zone, and fireworks.

Midnight on Main

In order to keep costs as low as possible for our taxpayers, we accept in-kind and monetary sponsorships to supplement rentals, entertainment costs, and supplies. The button above opens at fillable PDF that potential sponsors can complete and email to us.
